Why isnt there an option for 0 stars? The receptionist are soo rude. There is 1 lady who seems older aged and is soo lovely. The rest are absolutely disgusting. My husband wasnt allowed to make an appointment with the GP to speak about more than 1 issue, the disgusting rude receptionist said you can only speak about 1 thing. What sort of surgery and staff is this!!!! You lot need training. Even your rubbish GPs who dont listen and answer with "i dont know" everytime.

Woodley Centre Surgery looked after my husband and myself for 19 years. Outstanding service care and respect. 2 pregnancies, Covid and many issues needing care for my children. Amazing team I am grateful Thankyou

The daily appointment system is not working properly. I am waiting for an appointment on call for 1 hour. And then getting an answer all appointments for morning is full, you need to call back again at 12am and wait 1 hour more, if you are lucky enough you can get an appointment for doctor phone call. They certainly need an update of their appointment system, otherwise everybody losing time and can't get a service for their health.

Impossible to get a same day appointment. If you phone when they open it will ring for an hour and then just cut you off. If you phone any later they have no appointments. I can only assume they choose not to answer the phone in the hope people fill out the online form so they can choose when to call you (2 days later) or go to A&E instead.
