Ive always found them pretty good. Easy to get appointments if you call early enough. Do a mix of in person, telephone and nurse appointments

I cannot praise this surgery enough,The receptionists nurses the doctors are exceptionally kind and caring. I am not a frequent attendant but at 85 I find that they are sympathetic and very understanding.

I have terminal lung cancer and moved down to Crowthorne from Scotland last summer. I couldn't be happier with the service level of this surgery.

Misdiagnosed twice - now in the hands of hospitals. Friendly doctors but worrying lack of understanding of conditions that blood tests showed that the doctors here discounted as its only a bit above normal Check up by a work doctor (health benefit) and they cant believe Ive not been immediately referred and urgently - asked me who my GP was so they could follow up why. Update: moved surgery and its night and day - only confirmed how poor my treatment was at this surgery. Turns out I have a serious blood condition that other doctors say was easy to pick up. I was right. Poor show.

Useless doctors, never once have I made an appointment and found a solution to any of my problems. In particular Ive been there many times for my sleep issues with absolutely no results to come of it apart from a leaflet with information that Id already read on the internet.
