If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who answered the call doesn't even know how to spell my name. I've been trying to make an appointment face to face for 3 days. but every time it's the same and the doctor calls and tells me to look for help on the internet. and stay home for a week. worst clinic

Poor service they will try to hang up when you would like to enquire more question. Its called general practice for a reason you get your check up early before they get worse.

I came on here to complain about how rude the receptionist is and how incompetent she is (Crystal I think her name is) and noticed all the bad reviews are about her. I cant complain about the doctors as every single one of them Ive seen have been amazing. But I really think you need to think about employing someone who knows how to speak to people properly, and actually cares about her job. Ive had so many issues with not receiving relevant forms and issues with prescriptions, and every time I get in touch I get a I dont really care type attitude... Its not good enough!! You have a great surgery down there and its ruined by one person. Do better!

The. al My daughter saw a nurse called Freda today she was not Professional abrupt and not helping at all said her complaints are not dealt with in a surgery also asked why is she back and they said she must come back. Care is going down not looking forward to be there anymore
