My dad suffers with High Blood Pressure and after repeatedly trying to book an appointment with his GP and entering his blood pressure results through the app, nothing was ever done for him.
My dad had another episode and ended up in the emergency room due to the lack of appropriate treatment and medication.
His GP, Dr. Jones kept googling his symptoms and asking him what sort of treatment he was looking to get from the consultation (even though it was pretty clear that he needed to be referred to a Cardiologist), and then asked him to leave as there is a limit of 10 mins per consultation.
My dad is in a critical condition and if god forbid anything happens to him, my family and i will ensure that extraordinary measures are input.
Dont even get me started on the receptionists!!! One day theyll be slapping patients across the face and act like nothing happened!
Awful awful practice!!!

Have been registered here for many years. It has become impossible to get an appointment, or blood test, or even speak to anyone within a reasonable time frame.
I had a non-urgent issue but was told was not possible to see a GP, instead told to ring up each day (taking several days) in the hope of an emergency appointment, finally getting through and being told was not enough of an emergency to get an appointment, after which I gave up.
Dr. Payne was absolutely fantastic, as were all the doctors and nurses I managed to see. all are kind, diligent and generally seem to care. The nurse who did the blood tests was also lovely. Wonderful people.
Unfortunately the reception and pharmacy team let them down and Seem unable to understand common sense/general logic. Often blocked me from seeing a GP after an GP or 101 Doctor asked me to make an appointment. personally it made me feel like I was a problem for them. On several occasions I became sicker than necessary because I was not able to even speak to a doctor on the phone within 1-2weeks.
Also witnessed being in the waiting room while the reception phone rang and rang with no answer. I hope whoever was calling was not in urgent need.
I think the surgery is oversubscribed and the reception/ pharmacy team should be re-trained in how they can help getting people to the right people quickly and efficiently.
Have complained previously, will now register elsewhere.
