Ordered items through EBAY - didn't arrive. Spent long time, a lot of effort and costs tracing what had happened. Seems something sent to a different sorting office with a tracking number given to me which was obviously in someone else's name and address and collected by them - obviously not my order. They refuse to resend the order or refund. They have not replied to my further correspondence and I can only assume (judging by previous reviews) that they are unreliable and seem like a bunch of con merchants to be avoided at all costs. Unable to review with less than 1 star on the system or else I would have done.

Terrible service, ordered Christmas present for my Son on 1st December, never arrived, many emails with no responses, flimsy responses and excuses, given a tracker reference that did not work, promised time and time again it was on its way, then got an email saying the post man could not pick it up and that they were no longer going to try and post it to me, advised me this on the 21st December so I had no time to try and get another product for my sons 8th Christmas present, I asked if they could send anyway so I could get it for after Christmas but was advised it was too late, however they told me not to worry as they would refund me as if it's was a favour that there were returning my monies. Do not trust this Company. Scammed just before Christmas is very very poor.
