I cant thank these people enough. Ive been struggling to get a prescription that is accurate & have had so much trouble getting a pair of glasses that works for reading music and seeing my conductor at the same time. My first try here didnt work either but that was because I brought a prescription from another optician to them when I ordered the glasses. I took them back & they took the care to check & adjust the prescription, listen to my needs and fine tune every detail. The next glasses were amazing. I could cry, its so wonderful to have a set of music glasses that enable me to focus on playing and not on what Im not seeing. They are the best set of glasses Ive ever had and the service I was given here was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you!!

Very pleased that John Lewis, Reading has opened an opticians. Very thorough eye examination. Very knowledgable staff. Really appreciated the assistance from Katarzyna with choosing frames-friendly expert help and advice. Looking forward to collecting them.

Super friendly and helpful staff, every visit I have felt welcomed and valued. From Nisha doing my original eye exam, to Sean helping first my partner buy some prescription sunglasses, and then me buying my glasses, to Sophie fitting them. Highly recommended for a smooth, professional experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
