        I can highly recommend this dental practice. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I have been seen quickly whenever needed and the service has been professional. My dentist Karen is great at explaining everything and is very kind.

        For a family dental clinic that ostensibly prides itself on customer service, I was certainly an exception to the rule. I filled out a contact form more than 24 hours ago, with no attempt at communication. I gave them a second chance by calling their main number only to be redirected to their voicemail. Even after leaving a message, no one bothered to call me back. I'll take my business to someone who actually values my time.
