Very poor service. I would not recommend to anyone. Dr is in too rush and don't feel explaining things properly to you, I felt that they try to get you coming in more and more time even if its not required.... Worst reception service, they came across rude and never wanted to listen what you say. Getting appointment is a pain here always waiting time is 3-4 months... cant imagine it

Abhorrent place My partner has been deregistered, no contact whatsoever, despite having an appointment last year. Rude, unprofessional secretary who would not let me speak and refused to allow me to speak to a practice manager. She also refused to give me a contact email for them. Now can't get my partner registered anywhere. Completely negligent.

Extremely poor service. The receptionist called Rebecca is so rude and unhelpful. I registered with the practise last year February and when I called them for an appointment now, they say that I am not on their system. I sent an email to the practise manager with no response. I called to let them know that there was no response to the email. She insists on saying there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the practise manager and they just left me on the phone to hold. Her mannerism was so disrespectful.

We have to cancel the appointment as one of our family member (same household) is diagnosed with covid; as per govt guidelines. Rather than being sensitive to the situation the call attendant was rude and bang the phone. Really disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the call attendant.

Very bad service I had a temporary filling ( root canal)put in over 24 months ago and on the day I have a appointment which I wait months for they cancel it last time it was the nurse has a emergency operation in turkey or something today after waiting months with pain they make another excuse and give me another appointment 5 weeks down its poor service Ive got an infection as a result of them keep cancelling the appointment and every time u call them to explain your issues the are rude af! I will be escalating this issue as it has caused me a infection due to there negligence and poor standard of service NOT HAPPY they never reply to email or phone calls I have reported them to the parliamentary and health service ombudsman and the care quality commission and all in contact with a dental law firm
