Maciej was extremely helpful abs very fast service ! He was able to retrieve all of my holiday pictures and photoshop files and videos in less than 24 hours. Maciej is very knowledgeable and really friendly and works really hard to find anything that has been lost of your hardrive Im amazed by the service and im so pleased with all my data that has been found! I will always use again ! :) Will always use this service !

The data was recovered but it took over two months. This was not helped because of poor communication, but pleased with the final result.

We gave Maciej our Hard drive back in September to rescue our data from it. He told me that 99% of the data would be recovered and that it would take about 10 days. He then wouldn't answer the phone and gave a lot of excuses as to why he did not do the work. It took 6 weeks of chasing him before we got our hard drive back. He had done nothing with it at all and no data was recovered at all. He said he would refund the 500 fee but never has. We have had to go to Trading Standards and are now pursuing this through the legal systems to get our money back. Terrible service, do not recommend.
