        Drivers unable to deliver with 3 attempts consistently taking photos of the wrong address and then just saying delivered after taking a photo of the parcels next to their van. Then followed up with terrible customer service, whilst you get bounced around between Reading, Swindon or Bristol depending on who can be bothered to pick up the phone

        Absolutely appalling service. Driver made no attempt do deliver my package, calming no one was in and taking a photo of a church at the other end of the street as some sort of proof of this alleged delivery attempt. In both my personal and professional lives DPD have proven time and time again to be staffed by the incapable, the incompetent and the work shy. How the hell this outfit is still an industry leader i don't know. Update: Still utterly worthless.
