        I am not from the Uk, so I dont have any experience in the letters/post system, but the lady working there (although busy) helped me with everything.

        Although MBE will accept Royal Mail deliveries IF it's prepaid (i.e you pay on RM website in advance) MBE will charge you 2.50 to accept it. I think that's overcharging given that they don't charge if you pay them for the delivery, no way are they making 2.50 from Royal Mail delivery charges.
