Although MBE will accept Royal Mail deliveries IF it's prepaid (i.e you pay on RM website in advance) MBE will charge you 2.50 to accept it. I think that's overcharging given that they don't charge if you pay them for the delivery, no way are they making 2.50 from Royal Mail delivery charges.
