        Absolutely abysmal. There is no apparent way to speak to anyone - every telephone option I tried put me through to a recorded message telling me to use their website and then disconnected my call. If industry ran to the standards of our Government the country would be bankrupt.

        The Phone system is designed to NOT let you speak to someone, I tried various option numbers to try and talk to someone, each gives you a link to a website then hangs up on you... rubbish!
