My daughter Raniyah says thank you to everyone. Very polite receptionist, anaesthetist Dr. Shiv Anand, Dr. Anisah Rasul and Nisha in the theatre were professional and a great team, respecting each other and the patient, and in the recovery room Maggie was very caring.

If you are reading this review is because you are unsure, but please let me put your mind at ease. Wow where do I start? I was in so much pain for 4 days my local dentist would not extract my teeth, I was referred to tomar Portsmouth to have it extracted under sedation but they could not bring my appointment forward which is 10th of may. Now Ive been with a toothache since Monday. On Tuesday I was desperate calling everywhere & I came across perfect smile - reading sedation I called and this polite lady called Archana answers the phone and from that moment on this lady helped me and was patient through all the times I called and asked to speak to her. I then booked an emergency appointment yesterday with my dentist so they could refer me, specifically to perfect smile. Which they did WOW what a relief I called Achana again and she said okay we can book you in for Wednesday 12th thats the only time I have but I will call you if theres any cancellations. KEEP ON READING PLEASE YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED this morning 06/04/2023 8am I call and ask to speak to Archana and there she goes very polite hello goodmorning Jessica Im so sorry I dont have any cancellations at the moment ) I said okay Archana no problem thank you for your patience 2 minutes later the phone rings Archana : Jessica Ive had a cancellation just now can you get here by 9:15 ) I said ON MY WAY!!! got there got to meet the lovely team and Archana herself, the Team helped me fill out the paper work & then took me to meet the dentist and the doctor who was going to sedate me & OMG what a lovely man!!! I am horrified of the dentist, my anxiety was off the roof. They explained how my dentist was very naughty not taking the risk on taking my tooth out he told me if you are ready to give it a go , so are we I said yes I felt confident they were going to take good care of me, my mum was there also. So he began by putting my cnula in and I didnt feel anything, I remember telling him omg Im scared, will I remember anything or feel and the last thing I remember was him saying, well thats up to you, do you want to remember anything or do you want to go up to the clouds- I replied up to the clouds please and I heard him giggling up to the clouds it is then guess what???? Then I woke up Im home with my beautiful mum smiling - honestly the best experience of my life amazing polite team. All the best for the perfect smile- reading sedation team wish you nothing but the best && also a special thank you to Archana who I believe it was God sent to me.

Came here today after having numerous extractions, fillings and dentures fitted the other day to have a review. Dr Asim makes you feel warm and welcome, always has a chat with you and makes you feel at ease. The reception team are very warm and friendly. So happy with my experience here! Would definitely recommend this dentist to any nervous patients!
