Terrible company. A company that cheats customers! First, they canceled my order themselves, and then after 15 hours they sent a notification that they had created a new order themselves and had already sent it. But by that time I had already bought at another store!I contacted the support service, they didn't help me there. They told me to wait, and then return item. But I won't be there!!! I don't need their phone!!!

Shocking service! We placed an order on the 1st of Nov. Immediately contacted them to cancel and they advise we refuse the delivery as it was all ready shipped. On 2nd, DHL came and we refused. Since then I have been in touch multiple times with Honor who are advising they cannot provide a refund until they check with their logistics dept. I have also contacted DHL who can clearly see we refused the package and they are advising Honor (shipper) must contact them so that the package is returned. In the meantime I'm in a limbo and no refund. I would not shop here again.
