Reading trade windows fitted and supplied all my new windows. Communication from start to finish was outstanding and done in a very friendly manner, the products were of high standard and there was no issues. I am very pleased with the service that me and my husband received and would highly recommend this company .

A mixed bag in terms of experience using this company. Very good in terms of sales with Clive and the competitive quote. A bit poor on the detail and admin side, numerous corrections had to be pointed out on the paper work. The spec then changed again post placing the order, signing the paper work and paying 50% deposit upfront. If not spotted it would have resulted in a very expensive bi-fold in the wrong colour! This was then followed by the delivery date being pushed out by weeks and almost a further two months for one of the windows. Admittedly that was a manufacturer delay but to then refuse to release the window which took 3 months to deliver to the fitter because they hadnt checked their emails and bank account for the small balance held back pending delivery of the window was really poor. Especially give that payment had already been made!
