        I stand near the front door to hide from the rain. One black guy shouted at me "do not block the door" but I didn't I was just hiding from the rain and will leave soon. This black guy only dare to shout to me coz I am young Asian female. He is so racist.

        Selling Christmas jumpers with a do not wash label. How is this environmentally friendly? In 2022 they are encouraging disposable garments.

        I recently purchased the following items on getting home I put the clothes on the side to try on later on Trying the clothes on the items didn't fit I was unable to find the recipt but lucky enough I paid on my card so thought there would be no issue as I could present a bank statement. Which shows proof. On contacting the store I was informed that I couldn't use a bank statement and I would need to present an itemised receipt for refund be given.... No where on the primark returns policy does it state that a proof of purchase has to be itemised. However understand the consumer right act 2015. You need a proof of purchase but this does not have to be a receipt. It could be a bank statement, credit card or loyalty card statement, for example. It just needs to show that you bought the item at that particular retailer.
