Great company. As a roaster and coffee supplier you guys are essential. Little touches like popping the machine catalogue in when I ordered a (extremely complete) gasket set for a machine refurb shows a level of understanding I'd struggle to find anywhere else. Perfect next day service - keep up the great work and thank you.

very poor communication , they are avoiding to contact with customers to solve problems , and they are dispatching broken parts like also incomplette parts. zero respond to emails and few lies (I can proof it as i took some pictures)
