        Awful!! I went to take an Amazon return to the shop. The guy waved me to the machine not even looking up from his phone. I printed the label which expressly says don't stick on the return item....they will box it up!! He had noting large enough and shouted at me 'what am i to do? You are a difficult customer!!' I guess i should be glad he recognised that i was a customer!! So i left the item, with a label stuck on it and prey it gets sent ( i took a photo)! Don't advertise a service you have no intention of honoring. What a horrible rude man Dont return your parcels there!!!

        Really bad costumer service. The men was really rude, spoke loudly that my 5m baby started crying. If youre not happy working there should change job. Definitely not going back and will make a formal complaint due to the issue with parcel.
