Initially they said that the water drainage system does not work; although the drainage is working correctly when it comes to rainwater.
Now they say they have another issue affecting the foam/washing machines.
The idea is that after some people opened the hand wash in the Tesco parking area, the Jet Wash is not working anymore, so the customers should wash their cars only at hand car wash, more expensive and the quality of this service is not the best.
Maybe someone from the management of Tesco will read this and take some action in solving the issue.
