        I went to purchase several books of postage stamps and was very surprised to be charged significantly more than the actual cost of the stamps as per Royal Mail pricing (this was before the April price hike). I was charged almost 25% higher than the usual cost of a book of stamps. Upon questioning the price I was told "we can charge what we like" which suprised me. Instead I went to a nearby supermarket and bought my stamps and other items there. Buyers beware!

        Went to return a packet to Amazon (UPS Collection point) and buy some bits. Young guy behind the counter couldn't care less - wouldn't stop fiddling with his phone, barely standing up to look at me - clearly I was interrupting his morning. Left the shop without completing either - despite being local to me, I wont be retuning - rather go to Waitrose down the road where they understand Customer Service
