        Since the Wokingham post office with its 6 counters has closed and move to Smiths, the service is awful. Today, 2 counters (plus the exchange one part time} were servicing a stream of customers. I arrived to find a queue of 27 in front of me and left to count 31. On principle, I will not buy anything from Smiths because they are hosting such a deficient service. Maybe if others followed suit they would get the message?
