Although this store is the collect+ point (collection point that is handled only with code without label printing) for DPD, they did not accept my parcel without even bothering to listen to me because there was no label, and they scolded me when I asked for an explanation. I can say that they are rude.

Arrranged for an amazon parcel to be delivered to site, went to pick it up knowing they were closing at 12, arrived to a closed shop, no sign of my package at 11:45. If you state that you close at 12pm, close at 12pm and not before.
