I normally boycott this shop as the attitude of most of the team is shocking, they really dont care about customers, clearly more important to chat or put stock on the shelves!
Rant over, the service this morning was pleasant and respectful (a simple and sincere morning and thank you goes a long way)
Please ask the two blond ladies working this morning to run your next team huddle to share what they do.
Thank you ladies and really well done. (FYI Im a hard person to please as have been a retail GM for over 35 years)
