Very unprofessional and ill mannered. Special the new Guy. Really abusive to minors. I have ignored it a couple of time but today when my nephew came crying saying that the shop keeper shouted and send him back. I have to inform all the parents who use this local shop please be careful if your sending your little ones for something to change that you have just bought by mistake or pick the wrong item, dont sent them alone they will shouted and send them back. They dont know what is consumer right act. They have lack of trading skills. We are 6 to 7 local homes who use this shop for almost everyday but the behaviour of the new guy who throws the things back to you and asking you to many why Questions is an acceptable. I will definitely speak with the owner before. Take it to the council and trading standard.

These jokers dont take large/medium sized parcels, avoid them at all costs if you have anything bigger than a small parcel.

Great local shop. Can do Evri (was Hermes) with packagingless service and Collect+ here. The family that run it are lovely. Always spotlessly clean and their slushes are lovely.
