        I had a terrible experience from one of the staffs at Wokingham store, who made a false accusation against me while shopping, I didn't do anything. He accused that he saw that I stole one of the products from the shelf and put it in my shopping bag but It was his mistake, I showed my shopping bag and jacket , it was completely empty. he couldn't find anything. It was a painful experience, he asked it in front of other customer, I was so upset about his attitude against me. He didn't even apology for me his mistake, he treated me as culprit. I reported this to the customer service, unfortunately they didn't even get any response from there.

        Delivery is aweful. I am paying coop for delivery and they always say have you contacted deliveroo! Just rang to find out where food is and was told I am new so do t know! Happy to take money but not happy to deliver! Absolutely fed up
