Eagle Building LTD renovated our newly bought house: complete bathroom renovation including full tiling, plumbing, furniture, lights, painting walls and ceiling, and laying flooring throughout the house.They also replaced the ancient fuse box, and changed sockets, switches and lights. The work has been done very well and on time. They only took payment on completion of the whole process which gave piece of mind. Very happy with the team. Hubert and his highly skilled team are strongly recommended.They did a beautiful job refurbishing our rooms working meticulously and with great skill. Thus included plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, damp proofing and some structural work as well as providing advice on design. We could not be more delighted. We have particularly appreciated the way they have dealt with every aspect of the work and provided expert advice and suggestions at each stage. They work extremely tidily and removed all rubbish etc. promptly. Above all it has been a pleasure to have such a caring and helpful team of people working here. If we need any more work done we know where to go.

I used Eagle Building for a major renovation of my upstairs. This included 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, layout changes, plastering, plumbing, tiling, electrics, roofing, new staircase, painting and decorating. Eagle Building have been excellent. From the initial consultation, their communication has been excellent. There quote was competitive and stayed within budget. Like all building work their were unforeseen costs, however these were clearly communicated and my expectations managed. The teams work ethic, standard of finish, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectation. They worked hard, had great time management, caused minimal disruption to daily life and left the house neat and tidy at the end of each day. One big advantage of using Eagle was Huberts management and co-ordination of the project. This allowed co-ordination of the tasks and trades to ensure the work was kept on schedule. All of the team were polite, courteous and respectful and I would recommend without hesitation for future work.
