Called for enquiries ended up being on the phone for about 3 n half hours absolutely lovely guy had no problem helping me and guiding me through little tips and tricks and info on anything I could do to fix it. Quality work man and also a quality guy will deffo be coming back

Absolutely brilliant service. John was very detailed in all explanations, and was able to find out exactly what was wrong with my son's X Box, and not only fix it but he also upgraded it to Windows 11 which my tech savvy son was absolutely thrilled with! We didn't expect it to be ready so quickly too, we got it back in time for any new games at Christmas, so a happy son means a happy me! I highly recommend John for repairs, he really is so helpful, really informative, and gives a top quality service. 10 out of 10!

Very good experience with these guys, John was very keen to answer all my questions over the phone and guide me appropriately. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to repair their PS4.

A++ service, John talked me through the process of the repair, he was very helpful and thorough in answering my numerous questions. John diagnosed and repaired my PS5 quickly and without any additional charges. Very happy with the service and will be going back to John with any other electronic issues!
