        Just got quoted 1300 for 21 people; that's the same price as a full 51 seater - clearly these guys are taking people for a ride - not in the literal sense...

        No customer service on the phone. Enquired for a journey from central Reading to Sonning and he quoted 900. I asked for more details about the service as it is 15 min journey and the person was less than helpful and said they are busy on the phone. and the price is the price. As he continued debating with me, he then said it would be there and back. Useful but too late as now put off.

        Booked a minibus for office delegates. Initially was given a very competitive quote but they clarified it was for a standard minibus. I said I needed an executive bus and they quoted accordingly. It was a nice clean bus and a well turned out driver. Will book with them again.

        Kept calling at all times but they answer only one in 5 calls. Emailing them is a better option. Our group was travelling with a lot of luggage. We tried other companies but they refused us because of the luggage. Reading minibus charged a bit extra but sent a minibus which held all the luggage. They were very professional in all aspects other than answering the phone but now they are our first choice
