Really disappointed in this company. They sent two cleaners who were pretty blas about the job and left areas uncleaned (they forgot to clean the toilet for example!) Came back the following day to put things right and the cleaners were very unhappy about having to do that - aggressive and rude. The place still wasn't clean even after their second visit. I think that's because their version of cleaning is 'wipe a cloth over it' whereas mine involves - shockingly - putting in some effort so things aren't dirty any more. If you need anything more than a light dust of some of your house, avoid this company. Oh, and their hygiene standards are non-existent. I complained about the service I received and was told the two cleaners in question had been fired. I pointed out that that solves a problem for the company, but doesn't help me. I asked for compensation but have heard nothing back.
