I decided to visit a chiropractor as my neck was causing me tremendous pain and I had terrible headaches. I'd tried the GP route without any results. I am absolutely delighted with the fantastic treatment I have received from Taneesha at Libra Chiropractic. She is a wonderful practitioner - a brilliant listener, thoughtful and caring. She made me feel completely at ease and welcome. In just a few treatments my headaches have stopped, my neck pain is gone and I now stand straight rather than lopsided. The treatment is gentle and thorough - no dramatic cracking! I would highly recommend anyone to make an appointment.

Honestly the best healthcare practitioner I have been to see, you will receive an incredibly caring service, Tanisha always spends time to listen to me and explains the treatment necessary. She takes a holistic approach to solving the problem and because of this, she has resolved 3 long running problems I had including a 15 year long problem with my knee alignment that other practitioners could not solve because they only considered the knee joint and not the foot and hip which were also causing problems. I cannot recommend her enough. I never feel like just another paying patient and I never get pressured into extra treatments. I wish all health care practitioners could be like this.

I couldnt recommend Taneesha more. I came to her with chronic back and neck pain, both caused by disc issues. I was truly listened to, a plan set in place and received five star treatment. I am now reaping the benefits of a healthier more mobile back and neck. Thank you to all at Libra!

Trudi came highly recommended to me many years ago and I think she has magic in her fingers! The gentle, light touch style of treatment brings instant relief but you can also feel later, after treatment just how much did actually happen during the treatment. I am one of Trudis Wonkey donkeys at times but always come away feeling so much better. Trudi is not only a highly skilled chiropractor, shes an empathic, caring listener combined with a down to earth approach which is very helpful. I cannot recommend Libra highly enough. Debbie on the desk is so friendly and helpfulvisits feel more like an enjoyable social time than an appointment! My only added tip is DO the exercises/stretches you are given. They really aid recovery and help strengthen weaker areas of your body.
