I have been to many chiropractors and no one has helped me like Bruce has. His unique treatment has helped my back to the point it has changed my life. The team are professional, kind and have such a want to help you. I highly recommend.

The results which have been achieved in such a short period of time is amazing. The personnel have all been so helpful & supportive. Each session is very enjoyable & rewarding, doesn't seem like a chore as the team are very positive to help you achieve the results which you would want .

Optimal Align is an excellent Chiropractic clinic. The staff are friendly, professional, caring and very helpful. The assessment is thorough and feedback is extremely clear and well explained. All the staff are very well trained and one feels in safe and competent hands. I am a relative newcomer to the practice and I am feeling the benefits already and am hopeful that whatever steps are made through the treatment - small or large - there will be a significant impact on my mobility and well-being.

Bruce is the best Chiropractor we have ever seen. He is sympathetic and really listens, then magically he knows exactly what to do to remove any problem! The staff are all so friendly and approachable, always eager to help. We now visit regularly on our maintenance program, it has made such a difference.

Ive been using the services of Optimal Align since January and really impressed by the overall care and treatment plan I was given . Having suffered with ongoing back and neck pain and alignment issues for many years I felt I wanted to try a different form of treatment . Jess and Mat have exceeded my expectations with the 20 sessions and I have had improvements in my posture and spinal shape . The combination of chiropractic care, exercises and traction have definitely shown improvements . I intend to carry on using the care plan to continue these improvements. Everyone is totally professional that I have come into contact with and I recommend giving Optimal Align a go if you suffer from back issues .
