HAKA Chinese Wokingham

Ordered for many happy years but this time received no delivery. Fully charged but apparently Just Eats fault so no refund. Be careful as Haka offered no help just put the phone down! Avoid Just Eat!

The food is always good from Haka. My recommendation is to pick the food up as delivery can be a while if they are busy. But remember they are busy for a reason, the food. Haka is always our first chill ice when it comes to Chinese food.

Absolutely dreadful. We used to trust and like this take away/delivery but they have twice taken our money and not delivered at all. Nobody answers thr phone. We were quoted 40 minutes but nothing arrived at 90 minutes. This is an appalling service. Do not waste your time You will go hungry You shouldnt be allowed in Wokingham. Dog s**t

Deliveroo order no 0420 placed at 6.50pm still no deliverycalled and no answer. I have raised an issue with Deliveroo who have also tried contacting you.shocking service 2.5hrs waiting SHAME!!!

This was until this evening, our regular treat and regular Chinese takeaway. However, when we placed our order we was told it would be with us by 8 oclock. I write this now at 10 oclock at night, after our delivery driver has just arrived, his response not my problem Im late. Extremely disappointed that the restaurant didnt even have the courtesy to contact customers and say we are extremely busy this evening due to high demand delivery times are going to be longer than anticipated. Had they phoned us and informed us of this. We wouldve cancelled our order and sort alternative arrangements. Now at 10 oclock at night or takeaway is in the fridge as we have gone past feeling hungry. This is the last time we will use this restaurant, Im sure they dont actually care that a customer is saying this because this evening proves that, it seems that there desire to earn a profit exceeded the desire to deliver customer service
