Please could a menu choice be the same each time it is made. When I pick macaroni cheese because I liked it last time and then the next it is horrible it does leave me hungry. And then when I remove that choice to find someone else has the one that I liked the first time it does make me sad. Can we never force veggie days. It is enough to have an option each day. Please don't try to be too clever with any given days menu. A simple option is always good. If everything on a day looks strange then I don't eat properly. That's not what we want is it? I did do the survey with my dad. We wonder if anyone read it

Is there possibly just the very slightest chance that when you randomly remove menu choices that you could possibly replace them with a placeholder of some kind. Jacket potato possibly. Then perhaps it isn't by random chance that we realise that there are days with no selection against them. I imagine you still get the money for dropped selections. So doesn't it stand to reason that the school kids don't get left without a menu choice. Maybe it is my crazy brain thinking that the kids should still be fed during the day without the need for parents to magic up a packed lunch at the last minute. All because an ingredient wasn't properly planned for or the cost of chicken went up a little bit. Just put something in as a placeholder. It is your job to feed the kids after all

I am very disappointed that my son and daughters school has to rely on this company for their lunches. The way the company works is to showcases some really good food to prospective parents. In turn they will agree that it is good food and are happy to sign up their children to having dinners provided by caterlink. As soon as the parents are gone the quality nosedives, and out comes the profit protecting slop. My son and daughter consistently complain about the poor quality of the food, including cold congealed custard, soggy chips, hairs regularly found in food, watery macaroni cheese, wet pizzas, rock solid bread, fish fingers that have more batter on than fish. If you are not happy with this review then please start serving good quality food that is a pleasure to eat, it really is quite that simple. i will review it in a few months to see if anything has changed
