3 separate areas cleaned, one red wine stain on rug which was cleaned satisfactorily, the second 2 were small pet urine stains on a brand new carpet. One of these was missed on the first visit, Elvis did return to clean the missed stain and has completely ruined my carpet. The stain is still there but now there is a huge dirty water mark around it, in addition the machine must have been dirty as there is also now a large black mark which some effort has been made to remove and this is also surrounded by a dirty water mark. I am going to have to get another contractor to try and rectify this, failing that I will have to replace the carpet. I wish I could attach photos then you could judge for yourself.
