I tried to use Waves Car Wash on Sunday 16th April arriving at their peak period of the weekend (2pm) and of course was swiftly turned away. I returned on Friday 21st April at 9am as soon as they opened to be welcomed by open arms by Alex and his team. It was only while my car was being finished by Jerry and Heidy that I noticed the advert on the washbay board for the app. I could register (up to 6 cars) and book my car and it would take priority over cars coming in off the 'street'. Later that evening I downloaded and setup the app so I will try that next time (and leave a review of my experience) Excellent service from start to finish - I am particularly picky about where I take my car to be washed. I am unable to find the 3 hour window (per a vehicle) to wash my cars myself so have to delegate to somebody else. Use Waves - you will not be disappointed - they were recommended to me on two different Wokingham Facebook groups. They use excellent Autoglym products and take the time and care as if your car was their own. It is super convenient to have the Cost Coffee in Tesco to go and login and do some work with a beverage while my car is seen to. No photos need to be added of my 1.2 TDI VW Polo in black but when I have a better vehicle I may add photos. Services: Car waxing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
