Had a great experience buying our 1st Mercedes car, Rebecca and her colleagues were excellent, very helpful and very quick with any follow ups. Regular personalized videos were awesome. The easiest process ever! We live in London so had the car delivered, was done very smoothly and for a very reasonable price. Overall highly recommend this dealership!

Amazing customer service, we bought a second hand C Class estate 220d AMG line, they have bent over backwards to sort out any snagging with the car and gave us an amazing courtesy car while we are waiting for it to be finished. Molly was particularly helpful with sourcing the right car for us and got it prepared in record time for us to take it over to France. Thank you!!!

I booked in my car for a service and MOT at MB Reading on 28 Apr 2023. I received stellar customer service from Dan Pirreda. Greeted warmly by an engineer (didnt catch his name unfortunately) at the service bay followed by a warm welcome from Dan. I was given a detailed explanation of what was to be carried out during the service and also clarified if the quote I was given matched theirs on the system. I chose the lounge wait option and managed to work there whilst my car was serviced. A free flow of coffee/water/soft drinks/biscuits made available. Lounge area had free wifi and power sockets on the floor. Room temp was perfect. I found staff at MB Reading to be friendly and polite. One of the staff even apologised for the noise when moving a car in the showroom just because I was working there (when such noise is what one would expect in a showroom). The service completed well within the quoted duration for my service B including wash and vac. I was most impressed when Dan took the initiative to check my car was under warranty when the visual health check found issues on my cars front suspension spring links. I was ready to ask him the question but he came with his diligence and even offered me slots to carry out the replacement (under warranty) before my warranty runs out. I highly recommend MB Reading. I thought I go the extra mile to review them here because its quite rare to receive stellar customer service these days.
