        Horrible experience being on waiting and getting passed around from one person to another for just under 10 minutes until I had to hang up. While I was on waiting I kept hearing all of those fancy adverts how great CityGate is to repair all cars, buy and service certain cars, ..... but the very basic skill you need as a start is to actually speak to your customers ! it gave up, not a great start

        Admittedly we turned up without an appointment, there was nowhere to park. Once inside, there seemed to be plenty of people around, but despite promises of help, none arrived, and we weren't alone. We left. Have you lost a sale? You will never know
