Such a great experience buying my Suzuki Ignis. The team at the Reading branch are so friendly and welcoming. Irina was especially helpful and made the whole process so smooth. Purchased a used jeep renegade fromt his company.. afew months after the warranty expired the panroof failed in operation.. when WLGM were contacted we where total there was nothing they can do..after spending a considerable amount of time researching we then contacted jeep uk.. we then got told if WLMG were to have contacted jeep theu would have assisted with good will but they had no record of WLMG contacting them therefore no help can be provided..i have run and emailed WLMG regarding this a month ago and no one has xared to get back to me.. we know are left a leaking roof caused by no fault of our own.
