        My wife booked a test drive a week in advance of a Cupra Formentor only to be told on the morning of the test that the car she wanted to test drive was not ready. Then the salesman went on to say that unless we bought it from him, he was not prepared for us to have a test drive at all. He has lost a potential customer as there are very few of the models available at the moment at any Cupra dealer.

        Not so good this time sorry. Spent time with Josh last month planning to take my car in to fix the ongoing issues I have with it. We agreed a time and date and was emailed what was discussed...I turn up today and have Been informed I am now 2 days late. No one called to say they changed date it was not agreed it was just assumed. All I want is my car to work properly nothing more..now I have to wait another 2 month for an appointment providing they don't randomly change date again!!

        In last two weeks I visited 7 different car dealers to check and test available electric cars. I can say that the experience I have in this dealer was very good. I was dealing with Nikki. She was very friendly, relaxed and have very good knowledge of EV technology. Finally I for different make but I highly recommend this dealer and specially Nikki. Thank you.
