Highly recommend Alun and his team. We bought and sold through him and he is very approachable and is truly available 24/7 to answer any queries. He handled a complicated chain situation very well. Bonus points for getting us three offers in ten days. He has an excellent local knowledge of Reading. If you are thinking of selling your house, don't do so without getting in touch with Alun- he has all the services of a traditional estate agent along with the online advantage.

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Property IQ as a estate agent for anyone either buying or selling a home. Alun and Brian had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in terms of selling our home. Their offer is highly technologically focused and makes excellent use of the relevant search engines and databases to quickly figure out how to tailor the sales plan for us. They did not waste our time with buyers that were just browsing or those not in line with our needs. To cap this all off, a fixed price deal is the pinnacle of this highly focused delivery package and meant that we saved thousands, whilst still receiving a personable and hands on experience throughout the sale. We found Brian to be a highly attentive agent and Alun a master with the contract negotiations - he came up with and closed a deal that was good for us and pleased the buyer too. We are more than happy to recommend Property IQ to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I engaged Alun at Property IQ to sell my home on a friends recommendation and found him open, friendly and innovative. The Virtual Tour appealed to the geek in me, and his marketing strategy was different from other estate agents. I gave Alun 12 weeks to sell, with an expectation to move to a more mainstream estate agent after that time. However, I decided to stay with Alun as I liked his attitude and dedication. He provides good advice, and is able to explain the pros and cons of different strategies. Five months later, he has secured me an offer that I am pleased with, from the type of high quality buyer that he had promised, as they had already spent hours viewing my house on the virtual tour prior to setting foot inside the door. I look forward to the next part of the sales process, knowing that I've got Alun guiding me along the way.
