All the staff at QTD have been absolutely fantastic - they really know there stuff and my wife and I are so happy with the cladding on our home. Neighbours and complete strangers even walking by the house have commented on how fantastic the house looks and how it blends in with the surrounding trees.

We used ThermoWood Ayous Hardwood Atelier Cladding in Palma for a bar area on a project recently - the results speak for themselves! Great quality product and a very helpful company. Would definitely use again for future projects!

Stay clear. I was told four to six weeks delivery when I placed my order and received it thirteen weeks later. I called the office on two occasions for an update and was put through to the MD. I was perfectly polite and un phased by the lateness of the delivery. But because I had scaffold erected and builders booked in I just wanted an approximate ETA. This was obviously too much to ask and I had the phone put down on me twice. I wanted to cancel but also wanted the product so decided to wait. I received the cladding and it looks amazing. But it doesn't end there. Half an hour after receiving my very late delivery I received an email from Basil Faulty ( MD ) saying he was going to charge me for delaying the driver. So I checked my CCTV which showed we didn't over run the half hour unloading period. So I called Basil again and questioned his email. Yet again he slammed the phone down on me with the parting words " see you in court". I'm baffled as to how this company have so many good reviews. They obviously have a lot of friends with spare time on their hands. Regarding your reply to my honest review. You know and I know that I was perfectly civil when I called and didn't use any bad language. If as you say the calls are recorded please play the back to prove this....
