Beautiful shop with the most AMAZING dresses and the lady was very friendly and a wonderful help

I visited Dream dresses at the start of 2022. Upon meeting Helen I instantly felt welcome and at ease within her shop. I took my bridesmaids with me and we had a fab couple of hours browsing the beautiful dressed she had in stock, whist sipping champagne. My appointment was for an hour but we overran by a substantial amount of time but she didn't rush us, she accommodated us brilliantly. I found a beautiful wedding dress which I fell in love with but it needed alterations. Helen took care of all my requirements and I didn't need to worry about a thing. Once the alterations were complete I went back to the shop for a fitting... I wasn't happy! Not with the dress, with how it fitted!! Most brides loose weight before a wedding but me... I put weight on! I was gutted.... but Helen being the superstar that she is told me not to worry we would sort something out. I tried on a couple more dresses. One of which was a stunning princess dress. I fell in love all over again. This was the one!! It was slightly tight so Helen ordered me the bigger size.... I then went to try on the bigger size and agreed that was it.... however... I then felt this was too big so up to the week before the wedding I didn't know whether I I be wearing the big or small one... eventually I had the smaller one. It fitted like a glove... I felt amazing!!! I cried when I collected my dress and I couldn't wait to wear it! I lost count of how many times I was in and out visiting Helen but throughout every visit she was always very welcoming and patient with me. She had patience of a saint and I cannot thank her enough for being so accommodating to me. You truly are amazing and I am so glad I came to your shop!! 5 star service xx

Brilliant shop with excellent customer service. Helen was great from beginning to end, I went there with my daughters to get a wedding dress and bridesmaid dress, and we found the perfect ones. Helen also decorates halls for the big day which was amazing, all the guests said how beautiful it looked, couldn't thank her enough! She took so much stress out of the day. Thank you Helen you are truly amazing
