I was new to boxing and had a few 1-2-1 sessions with Tom, he was great at explaining technique and building my confidence. I also regularly attended the Muay Thai sessions which were a fun way to keep fit and further develop technique.

This is a brilliant local gym that offers a wide range of boxing equipment with lovely friendly staff,lots of classes and it also caters for kids with junior classes, if you are interested in boxing or just getting fitter this is a great place to start

Absolutely fantastic gym. All of the trainers are approachable and helpful, theres a really lovely community there. Brilliant classes which are both challenging and fun, and they continue to invest in exciting equipment - really sets this gym apart from the others, cant recommend highly enough. Perfect for beginners and veterans alike. Excellent membership options, really good value.
