        I got a top for my boyfriend and the first time he used it teared on the armpit area. I emailed them to get a refund and I'm still waiting for a response (over aonth later).

        I would love to write something positive as I support small businesses, especially those that work with artisans in developing countries. My experience with this company has been also very poor and distressing. I asked where the goods were after some weeks and was told from the owner that they might be shipped soon caused by a system bug. After that, I did not receive any furhter feedbacks. I'm thankful that the payment could be reversed via paypal.

        Very bad customer service - do not recommend ! Ordered a coat that arrived with a broken zip. Once sent back I was suppose to get reimbursed : the coat and the shipping cost that were expensive (because it was shipped to another country). Still waiting to get the shipping cost reimbursed the person i was in contact with acted like it was going to do it until he stopped answering. I felt scammed i do not recommend this company.
