The place was really organised and clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming! My friend and I went to get our noses pierced and we were carefully walked through the process and what would happen, and what jewellery we could get. When it came down to being pierced the lady was absolutely amazing, she made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to get pierced and answered all questions I had. 10/10 - Im definitely coming back to have my jewellery changed and to get more piercings!

I recently got my septum and nose piercings done by Evie and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Evie was friendly, professional, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and preferences to help me decide what was best for me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and the piercings turned out great! They also have a really nice selection of jewellery and I'm in there quite often to pick up new pieces. I really recommend Urban Piercings as the staff are knowledgeable and skilled, the selection of jewellery is high quality, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Service: Nose piercing

I got my helix pierced by Eliza here recently. She was fantastic, very kind and understanding when I was nervous and advised me on the placing of my piercing with regards to the shape of my ear. I've had loads of compliments already and I'm really pleased with how it looks. It's really clear how much the whole team care about their clients and put the customer first always.
