        Great work and fantastic customer service from Grosvenor, in fixing a minor but concerning fault in my Mini. Georgina was very helpful which resulted in a warranty cover approval in record time. Will definitely use again.

        Had Apple CarPlay fitted. Instead of having to leave my car all day, they were able to complete the work in an hour and gave my car a quick vacuum as well! Highly recommended

        Just had my M4 in for a major service today. Really great customer service from Georgina (I think? She had her tongue pierced anyway). Second time I've used them and think they are far superior to Inchcape BMW. The price was ~350 cheaper too. Would highly recommend and will be back for any maintenance on my car!

        Wonderful service, a very honest dealership. I took my car in as it was running rough. They had it all day, and they sorted the problem with no charge as the manager Barry found the fault which he kindly said was easy to find.
