I moved into my house which had shutters installed by Thomas Sanderson in the living area. They don't work properly (only just out of warranty) and Thomas Sanderson have no interest in helping me fix them, even after I said I'd happily pay for them to send someone out. So I went elsewhere to get shutters installed for the bedrooms and I'm glad I went with Berkshire shutters. Not only do they seem much more expensive/of much better quality than the Thomas Sanderson ones (despite being cheaper), the quality of installation is also far higher. The service I received from them was also exceptional - I doubt I'll even need aftercare, they seem solid, but I know I'll get it if required. 5 stars, no question.

Great service from Mark who came round the house today to fit the shutters. Can't fault the craftsmanship nor the attention to detail. Great support and explaining while going through all the available options for the shutters as well.

Having taken the decision to have shutters fitted, I compared a few local companies to be on the safe side and to naturally compare prices. I decided on Berkshire Shutters based on the price and all round professionalism. I found the company to be very prompt in answering any queries and I genuinely felt they wanted my business. The shutters were fitted on time and look amazing, they have completely transformed my house, I couldn't be happier with the results and am very pleased I made the decision to go to Berkshire Shutters.
