Alamo Blinds

Previous owners outstanding. Couldnt fault them. Spent a lot of money with Alamo and returned numerous times and couldnt complain about the price, the service or the lead times. Weve since returned to Alamo to get blinds for another bedroom and quickly realised the company has been taken over. Rubbish service and very unhelpful. Two blinds ordered. First one they forgot the order and had to reconfirm even though quote had been received, accepted and deposit paid. Second one was a velux blind and again from the point the order was placed it didnt go into manufacture until a few weeks later due to lost information. Then arrived wrong and we were left with a half finished blind. Made to feel like it was our problem. Alamo employees customer service was useless to and even after first blind had been fitted they were ringing us asking to install it - even though it had been installed. Previously if anyone had asked I would have said use Alamo for all your blinds. However after this experience Id say there are plenty of other companies in Berkshire who make and fit blinds so give them a go first.

Extremely satisfied.Had the perfect pleat blind fitted with heat reflective coating . Excellent quality, fitting and service. Recommend.

Alamo Blinds provide a seamless service from start to finish. Matching the colour perfectly with existing horizontal blinds in the office and fixing pre-existing blinds at no extra cost. All members of the team are knowledgeable and professional, James the Branch Manager having more that 20 years' experience under his belt and demonstrating his specialist skills with complete ease. Visited In store , no acknowledgment by the lady and gentlemen busy having their own conversation regarding their weekend. I had to find certain blinds out myself and search black outs instead of Cheryl showing me these herself, she pointed to books! Very rude lady who did not do her job nor did she provide us with a quote or contact us back! Customiser service from this lady is shocking! Ill be sure to find someone who wants my money and appreciates my custom in a time like this.
