They say 24 hours reception but when you come at 1 AM (even though it was previously warned by phone with several hours in advance) the receptionist is angry because you are late. Besides, I specifically requested for a charging outlet for my electric motorcycle (a regular one). On the phone they told me that there would be no problem. When I arrive they tell me it is impossible to charge the bike (I just need an outlet, there are plenty on the house), even though I say I would only book the room if I could charge the bike (I need it to drive). Clearly the receptionist does not know that thanks to him I won't be able to drive tomorrow until I find another charging place somewhere
