        Clean room, not at all shabby. Spotless en suite. Comfy bed. 24 hour access. Very helpful manager (possibly also proprietor but I didn't ask). On site car park with plenty of spaces. Free wifi. The full English breakfast was disappointing but there was plenty of other stuff in clean, pleasant dining room. The manager said they stopped including mushrooms and tomatoes because nine times out of ten they scraped them into the bin. Also reasonably priced. If I absolutely have to go back to Reading, I'll defo stay there again
